Refund policy

Effective Date: 10/12/2024

Due to the nature of our solid natural perfumes, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. This policy is in place because perfumes are personal care items and cannot be resold once opened.

Return Conditions:

1. Unopened Items: You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

2. Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for opened items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email hello@auderecollections.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
